Royal Enfield Meetup?

There is the Distinguished Gentlemen's Ride coming up in May, in several locations world-wide. Any model of Royal Enfield would be a good fit. That might be a good way for owners to get together, and for a good cause. I've participated a few times. Last year's ride in my area kicked off from a Triumph dealership that's about to carry Royal Enfields as well.

On that note, lots of dealers host bike nights.
I have a DGR over the river from me. I was not planning to go unless I change other plans but any Rhinebeck attendees here?

I am co-hosting a DGR ride on the east end of Long Island, NY. Probably be on the small side, but running from a moto-focused cafe, along coast roads to the very end of land at Orient Beach. The ride is listed on the DGR site under Jamesport. Would love to meet some other RE riders!

Good to know Ian, I'm on the opposite end, almost, at the Nassau/Queens border (aka the D.M.Z)
Little bit of a trip for my 350 but I just got my hands on a Bonnie T100 so I hope to frequent the NF a little more this season
My neighbor is moving out to Southold, a good pit stop for me.

Good luck, be safe and keep up the good work

Hello! Agreed re the long haul- I have been hesitant to run further west of Riverhead, definitely not touching the L.I.E. Last year I jumped on the ferry to CT and found some nice roads. If you are headed this way, let me know.

Gosh, I have so many rides planned and I need to actually get on the bike, but I plan to take the ferry from CT to LI at some point. In the interim, I ride in western CT a lot. Or I did last year. This year, VT beckons. But all things are possible if I plan ahead.

So many meet up at Deals Gap, Tail of Dragon, we could put together a Royal Enfield Day there pretty easily I would think.
Gotta start somewhere, who knows might turn into a real event in the future.
I attend a not-rally every year, the weekend after Labor Day where some Moto Guzzi riders gravitate in Tellico near the Dragon. It's low-pressure, no t-shirts, bumper stickers, awards etc. No rules or organization except to show up. It's the only group event I care to attend. Something like that would work.

I rode a Guzzi all thru covid-19. We relied on word-of-mouth advertising and agreed to "accidently" find ourselves at the same campground. No fuss, no muss.

Total noob
You guys think about incorporating your meet up with one of these things? Yes, this is 2023.

Great idea!

Looks like we can put this into play.

For those in or near the Detroit Metro area (NE subs), my local dealer Spartan Cycles is hosting a Demo Day as well. Here's the Flyer.

If thinking of stopping by let me know.....I'll be there on my Classic 350 (red/chrome).
