It may be possible. However, one will have to move the seat locking mechanism from the back to the middle. I have observed that the holder for the lock is also present in the middle on the scram.

Followed this German video and removed the tank panels on my Scram 411. The horn is mounted behind the right tank-pad. You can move it as shown in the video. (Ignore the color scheme in the photo below, it just a custom sticker over blazing black model)
