Thank you all for your suggestions! Ive checked sensors and replaced relays. The problem is VERY consistent. And only happens when driving at lower rpm and if I want to rev up. So I am managing to avoid it from happening, by making sure my rpm is a little higher when shifting or accelerating...

Update: Problem still there, chokes when accellerating from around 3000 to 4000 rpm. Chokes, chuggs, dont know other way to describe it. have been checking and testing different options. Ive already changed these things, yet it still happens. -iridium spark with correct clearence -adjusted TPS...

Yeah i was thinking that, but look at the difference in type of dust seal. On the left is the bottom seal, on the right top one. NOt only size, but also the rubber is very different. It's annoying :D
