With the tariffs looming and my commute going from 15 minutes daily to 60 minutes once a week, I decided to pull the trigger on the deluxe "loaf of bread" touring seat back in May, along with a few other items from Ebay India. I find that it has added an interesting dynamic to my riding. I have...
If you're looking for a tail box that doesn't look too out-of-place on the Interceptor, the Givi E36n box has their old-school look, like an old Samsonite suitcase.
I have one of these, and it's practical and fits the bike (and my Bonneville and CB1100 classics) better, visually, than most Givi...
Knock on wood mine’s fine at 6200 miles. I picked up a spare just in case, but I only ride on pavement in good weather so mine stays clean. Also removed the charcoal canister, so it has a lot of air movement around it.
My CB1100’s RR unit is up under the same place as the Interceptor with no...
When rumblings of this began months ago, I figured it might be a good time to stock up on a few things. I had been noodling a touring seat and a pair of TE102 mufflers. Bought those for cheap, along with a clutch cable, some oil filters and a backup RR unit. Hopefully I'll be good for a while...
I've got the TE102 mufflers on my Interceptor and are very happy with them. Very nice fit and finish and they sound great. I took the baffles out just to see how it sounded, a bit loud for my small neighborhood, so I put them back. I like the weight savings as well.
My replacement cable is working fine, but an interesting characteristic is that when I hit the horn button, it pegs the speedo needle. Have no idea why, but i don't use my horn enough to worry about it, as it works fine otherwise.
Maybe you got a bad replacement cable? Yeah, check the...
No problem with my gears, but I had a bout of utter panic a month ago. Coming home from a long commute home and stopped for gas. Got off of the highway and started downshifting to stop. Got down to first gear, then could not shift up. Limped to the gas station, all the while thinking "Well...
I have a pair of OEM mufflers for a 650 twin.

I don't have the resources to ship. Local pickup only, I am in West L.A. twice a month.
$50 for the pair.
I have "seat 1" in the OP's list, the tall loaf-of-bread looking one. I have a short 29" inseam, and initially traded my stock seat for a stock Continental GT seat which gave me more of a flat-foot stance. But, my commute changed recently, and I'm now riding a little over an hour one-way. I...
I've seen some pretty low prices in Southern California. Around $4k, typically bikes that have been listed for more and have sat for a long time. This is the time to get a deal for sure!
Thanks! I take it because I’ve never seen another one on the DGR. Plenty of Triumphs and Enfields. This time, there was another CB1100, and we both had the same name.
