Chain Size ?

2002 Iron Barrel 500 Bullet ES Deluxe. Stock chain & gearing.
***What is oem chain size ? No writing on links.
It’s NOT a 530 ,tried , too big , not O ring . *Skinny engine cases,
Thinking 520 normal 101 links ?
Picture ,mic od flat side of link
Just ah Old space case these days

The number of pins is the length. Count the pins. If it's an odd number, there is a half link.

The length on my '04 kick only, four speed was 95, which included a half link. A 96 worked, but there wasn't much adjustment left.

Is a 520 or 530 ?

I remember it being a 530. But apparently that's not correct. Measure the width between the inner side plates of the chain.

520 = 1/4" (6.35mm) width
525 = 5/16" (8mm)
530 = 3/8" (9.5mm)

All my pre units and my '08 UCE used 530 chain.

A O ring clipped 530 chain fitted Nicole's Electra, with the clip on the inside, and a riveted 530 probably would fit too.
And if you are changing the front sprocket it might be possible to grind a bit off the cases to give the clearance.
