Do what I do for fork caps, find a bolt with the correct hex head size, clamp it firmly in a pair of vise-grips (which will destroy the bolt for any other use) and use the bolt head as your wrench.

Or you can find a bolt and a nut, red loctite the nut in place and use a socket to drive it.

Or if you have a drill press, drill through the nut and bolt, hammer a roll pin in and use a, socket to drive it.

Or weld the nut to the bolt...

Or just go to Harbor Freight:

Many years ago I was working on a Doctors machine and was becoming having to get Witworth wrenches. Doc said there is no excuse for using the wrong tool. How would you feel if instead of a scalpel I just used a pocket knife and a pair of pliers?
A good workman uses the right tools for the job whenever he can.
No real rush here so I will get the tool.

If I were really pressed I would go.into the shop and mill out a 14 mm wrench.

I had it hammered into me as an engineering apprentice. 'The right tool for the job !'
Also got in the habit of having tools laid out and replaced back in the correct drawer and everything accounted for when I'm finished.
It was a good part of my education and the methods I learned haven't let me down for over 40 years. I just wish I could afford a decent lathe and milling machine :)

Northern Tools is another bet in the USA. I believe Klutch is the in-house brand and I bought a set of hex sockets. Crescent from Amazon also okay.
