Hey, want to do a trip next year with some friends and looking for some places to visit in the countries of Hungary, Austria, Czech Republic and Germany. The idea is that i want to do this distance in 5 days and wanted to ask for some tips of what places can we visit, after that we will make the itinerary.

Hi, i can advise you to pass through Luxembourg. The roads are such in exceptionally good condition, you will have troubles finding a pothole. The northern part of the country, known as Eislek, is hilly, full of twisty roads, and beautiful forests. The Vianden castle, almost on the German border, and its town are definitely worth the detour. The lake of Esch-sur-Sure, my native region, is a bikers' paradise. Both places are on the way from Germany to Belgium, so you have no reason to skip them ;-)
a friend of my in Belgium said the same thing, so we will go through Luxembourg, and as we are not in a hurry probably try to see all the places mentioned in your recomandation.
