Thanks for posting. I did north and south islands for 2 weeks in hire cars. Wished I was on a motorbike the whole time. So much beautiful country to explore and my little compact cars were stuck on the main roads. I gotta get out there on 2 wheels at some point :)

My son was living outside Christchurch, but now lives up in Hamilton. My plan is December 2020 - January 2021, but my wife is wanting to push that up to this year.
