Hello From MA (USA)

Hello From Massachusetts-USA! So, I've just recently turned 50. Never owned a motorcycle - ever, but always wanted to. I have been an avid mountain biker most of my adult life. I have often thought, wouldn't a motorcycle that acts like my Specialized be fun? So, I have been looking into the idea of picking up a dual-sport for commuting to work on back-roads and the occasional trip down a dirt road or trail. I was looking at the China bikes ( Hawk, Lifan, CSC, TaoTao ) strictly because they would fit my desires, and because I have a family and bills the price of them was very appealing. Somone on the forums for those actually mentioned the Royal Enfield! Which I have never heard of! The only Enfield I have ever had was the Rifle! So, after doing some investigating, it turns out there is actually a dealer near me! And, the prices are only slightly more than those China Bikes. Today I am going to see, in person, the Scram411 and the Himalayan. The dealer has 1 of each that they put aside for me! I can't wait to check them out and hopefully start my new exciting journey!

Nice. Are you going to Acton or Spencer? I've driven by both but haven't stopped in.
My Orange Crush Interceptor was sold to its first owner in Northern Vermont. My most local dealership is Hampton, NH.

Boxborough, actually They have some nice cars there too. There was a sweet Ferrari sitting out front one day. Drive by there all the time.

I used to drive through Weston for a work thing about 20 years ago. There was a shop called Vic's that always had Ferraris around. One day driving by there was a Ferrari 365 GT Spider revving up that V12.

OH Danny boy, the pipes... The Pipes are Calling!

Yeah, to the point of hoarding sometimes.
I only hoard bikes and parts. Oh you probably never thought of it but motorcycles can become an addiction, I hope you have plenty of space. :)
