Am having an intermittent issue with the clutch in that it the bike starts to pull away as the clutch is released but then fails to engage. Not consistent but can be annoying. Has anyone come across a similar issue or have any thoughts on the matter.

No response from your English riders. You need to say how many miles you have on the bike, that is relevant.
Check the free movement of the clutch lever as per Enfields specifications.
Should have 10mm to 15mm free play before it engages, measured at the lever. Sorry about the metric, but that is what most of the world uses,
so try 1/2 inch.
