Grab it quick, RE is clamping down on folks distributing their manuals, and won't sell you one either!
This is probably illegal in most countries, spare parts must be available together with the information to enable fitment.

Trust me, I DID NOT waste time getting myself a copy! The funny thing is is that I was more than willing to pay for it; I was more than willing to buy it, even if it cost $100. Unfortunately, Royal Enfield wouldn't make it available, let alone for sale. I don't know why RE does that. Every other bike maker makes the service manual available when a new bike hits the showrooms. I don't get it...

WoW! That manual is incredibly detailed! More than 1100 pages! The Himalayans workshop manual + engine manual + parts list is about half of that.

With those instructions almost everybody can do everything! It is so detailed it seams to aim mostly at untrained workers. In fact on page 2 they write
"This manual is to help you operate your motorcycle and guide it to maintain it the right way. This manual is your friend, philosopher and guide when it comes to taking care of your motorcycle"
But later they write they insist only certified workers carry out service work :rolleyes:
I do feel a bit sorry for the professional who has to read thru all of this XD

Has anyone spotted a Manual with tear down for the engine?

Right I have seen this many times scrolling thru the electrical trouble shooting part.

This one as well... there is likely many pages describing the same thing over and over

Maybe it is not meant to be read like a paper book but navigated using the content tables and PDF internal links. So the user would open the chapters he needs and skip every thing in between. Acrobat can do this easily but there might be specialized programs

You're welcome! Soon as I saw it in January, I grabbed it right away because I was worried it wouldn't be up long. The thing is that I was more than willing to buy a copy of the manual-even if it cost $100 or more. Unfortunately, Royal Enfield won't even make the manual available, let alone sell it to you. Not sure what is going on. I clicked on the link you provided and even downloaded it again and viewed the file without any problems. Try a different computer to see if that helps. The manual is a must have so it is certainly worth figuring out how to get it downloaded.

I think I got it, used a vpn and now the page is opening. And started the download , seems to be slow but okay ...
