This establishment is more akin to Faulty Towers than a motorcycle dealership.
Despite all the problems I had buying a new Shotgun 650 from them in January last year (documented on this forum), I walked into the showroom a few weeks ago and enquired about purchasing a new Himalayan. The salesman as always obliging, chatty and helpful, asked me to send him an email with details and pictures of my 2024 Honda ADV350 for part X . Having sent the email the same day, almost a week went by without a return call. Against my better judgement, I decided to ring and see if there was a reason for the silence. I was duly informed that the value given by the underwriter was £2200 and I'd intimated that I was looking for £3500, so he didn't think it was worthwhile speaking to me. He then went on to say that the owner was away on holiday for a few days and he'd discuss the situation with the him on his return and get back to me. That was almost a week ago and again, no return of my call.
It really makes me wonder, how in the present climate dealerships can treat customers in such a manner and expect continued business.
