Thanks Carl..
No never rode any of these only owned one big bore that I actually rode and that was the one I have missing from the collection, an RM465z.
Sold it many years ago but never lost the love of big bore 2 strokes.
I only started collecting them a couple of years ago when I found myself in the position to do so..
They all run and I start them from time to time but at 55 I have more sense than to try and ride them.👍
I wondered about the RM to give you a full hand. Buy the Interceptor. I will never sell my Interceptor. Or actually anything I buy from here on in. But the Interceptor is perfection for me at this point.

The YZ was re sleeved by Serco and is running a Wiseco piston kit and new clutch and is yet to be run in..

The KX has also been re sleeved by Serco and I just had it bored and it's running a new conrod, Wiseco piston from a 2003 KX500 that has been modified (because nobody makes the original domed piston) and the combustion chamber was also modified..
The original pistons are also a single ring job so I'm only running the top ring as the bottom ring locating pin is in the middle of a port..
She also hasn't been run in..

The CR has been re-bored and is also running a Wiseco piston kit and has done about 1.5 hours on top end.

All bikes are running new plastics and anything that showed wear was replaced..
Expensive hobby but they are worth it.
