Another beautiful day, 200 miler today, today being a good decision to go as the traffic into Wales was backing up as i was leaving for miles, anyway took me along a some back roads to Lake Bala and then on, up and down dale, through a few forests to Lake Vyrnwy.
This is looking back on the road travelled from Bala

It's about the mid point between the 2 lakes, now a run up the hills before dropping down through the forest

Looks like my guardian angel was along for the ride, i saw the screw and noticed the tyre was'nt deflated, screw is in one of the block sections of the tyre, checked periodically but got me home without issue 50 miles, just unscrewed it, 10mm long and only in the tyre, phew close shave, i would'nt have tried changing that tubeless tyre at the roadside.... the tyre should heal over on it's own i suppose but wondering if some rubber cement might be an idea, left screw half in for the moment until tomorrow.

If it didn't go through the tread, I wouldn't worry about it.

If you're really concerned, have the tire drilled all the way through, and plugged from the inside with a mushroom style plug.

The tire should be plugged anytime you get a flat. Even if it's got a tube. It keeps the water and crude from getting between the cords.

Is that scenery typical for Wales? It looks like the perfect place for a Himalayan.

Not overly concerned, it got me home and it's not lost any pressure at all after 2 day's so i'll call it good, that small hole will heal over once it's had a run out...

That is typical scenery for the whole of Wales the North has more Mountains or big hills if you will, the main roads are in much better condition than England for sure, it's riding heaven.
