Scram Optional Tire Sizes and Brands

Well, my rear CEAT tire will see it's end sooner than later, it seems. While I've really liked the cornering performance of the stockers, the rear isn't handling my 235 pound carcass, regarding longevity.
My favorite tire for how and where I ride has been the Shinko 705. They corner well, handle gravel well-enough, and seem to last a very long time. Living where I do, water isn't an issue.

I can get the rear in the stock size, but the front isn't available in the stock size.
I want to stay away from anything heavy off-road or aggressive, since I spend 80% of my riding diving deep into paved twisties.....but again, they do need to handle the many lousy condition, and gravel roads.

Anyone have any tire size/brand options that really like on their Scram???? I thought about going a tad fatter front and rear, if possible. The width helps on the gravel. Less knifing.
Anyone have pics or knowledge to share???

I have 2 suggestions here based on youtube/internet sources.
First i have a set of dunlop trailmax 70/30% tire, which is better that stock but too much off-roady for my riding.
I would consider:
1. Metzeler tourance 80-20%, true TT overall good choise, was my first choise but couldnt find the rear stock size.
2. Avon trailrider 85-15% tire, UK made seems the best choise for the Scram 411, cant find the front available so far in Greece to try.
3. Mitas Terraforce R, 90-10% probably the best on road option so far for city riding, you can do gravel roads alright.
I will eventually find and install the Avons, will update then.

P.s.
The metzeler are true TT
Avon and Mitas are TL, but on the company website they mention they can be installed with a tube for the Scram 411 tire sizes.
BONUS: Dunlop trailmax meridian(on-off tire 90-10) are also available front tire is TL but compatible with a tube, rear is TT.
All the reviews i read and saw mention these to be a very hard tyre, so i didnt look any further.
I hope this helps.

How many miles did you get on the rear 2LZ?

It maybe worth considering going up a size or two, it may last longer. Either a 140 or 150 will fit fine. I use a 140 on mine without any issues (50/50 tyres)

Good to know! Thanks. What size are you running on the front????
I've also run the Shinko 700's with great success. Good on pavement and gravel.

Of course, after much surfing, the Shinko 700's aren't available in a 19"
I ended up ordering the Shinko 705's from Revzilla in:
110/80-19 for the front
130/80-17 for the rear.

I'll repost here. For those interested in a good (80/20) Scram 411 replacement tire in sizes that fit:

Stock:
Front- 100/90-19
Rear- 120/90-17

Shinko 705's:
Front- 110/80-19
Rear- 130/80-17

Feel free to go to any online motorcycle tire size calculator for comparison.
Hopefully we can make this list grow, especially for those who do more dirt.
