No, that's 'correct'.

Try using the dealership parts lists to find a part number for the bolt that holds your seat bracket to the frame. It's an interesting experience. Hint: the number on the diagram does not match the number on the parts list.

The service manual linked above for the new Classic 350 has definite errors. I am wondering if this was a draft and not a final manual as I have found many errors with the pictures. For example page 141 fig 5.8.85 is the valve cover not the magneto flange bolt related to magneto cover section 5.6.15. All the figures on page 140 under the caption 5.6.15 Magneto Rotor on Crankcase are numbered as 5.8.XX instead of 5.6.XX.
It looks like the illustrations had these numbers listed thus hard coded in the illustration itself instead of as metadata associated with them. The chapters look to have been reordered and some perhaps removed so they don't appear to be referencing the chapter listed in this version of the publication, or perhaps the one they might have originated from (Meteor?). Kinda an editors headache, what can you do when someone made a decision which would require tons of graphic artist hours (expensive) to correct a minor visual error when doing a large but routine edit or compiling a new book utilizing previous work. Could have been prevented perhaps with some better forethought. note: am not an editor, just a schlub who once did Mac repair at a large national book publisher.

There is a PDF manual for the new Classic as well. It can be downloaded under https://drive.google.com/file/d/1W1423jB25CfLSj88eQSwQJFw5m0k95nI/view
Hi I down loaded it. Thanks for the link.
Had a couple of issues after a ride ie Speedo stuck again (easy enough fix) and the front brake was making scuffing noises on rotation. Anyway next time I used my bike after starting the idiot lights came on as normal however the EM light stayed on.
This is when I joined the forum to see what other owners had experienced
Also made a note of the link to Hiscox for their diagnostic box also from here
So today I was cleaning the bike and noticed that the Speedo was loose. ( In my haste I forgot to tighten it up) I corrected the problem and hey presto no more EM light. So great all around.

It's sort of hidden in chapter 5 'Engine'.
There are tons of oil change vids on Youtube. The usual suspects, Ride With Warro, Coastrider, Tiger Ness etc etc etc.
There is a Royal Enfield one as well :

I did watch the RE video before I did my first oil change. It isn't difficult, except for cleaning up the oil I seem to get everywhere, and even managed to pour out inside my front door by accident once.

The nice thing about the RE video is that it is clear about what tools you should have.
