SSL and browsing issues

Hi all,

Some of you may be experiencing SSL issues with the forum. I recently installed a new SSL, but there is some tweaking to be done still.

if you are getting a 404 error when accessing the site, please try accessing on a different device, or clear your browser‘s cache. Thanks.

Accessing via HTTPS returns "future home of something cool" page presumably from the hosting company.
So no HTTPS currently served.

Before......I could log in with no user name or password as it "saved" that. I could hit "new posts" and only new ones would show. Upon exiting, I hit "mark forums read". It was great.

Now, I need to log in each time with user name and password, and then hit "new posts". I miss the good old days......

Websites prove their identity via certificates. Firefox does not trust this site because it uses a certificate that is not valid for www.royalenfieldowners.com. The certificate is only valid for the following names: *.prod.phx3.secureserver.net, prod.phx3.secureserver.net

Error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN

is it a self-generated cert?
that may not be recognized by firefox.

you have to manually edit the address line in your browser, take out the "S" from https to make it http e.g.

[https://www.royalenfieldowners.com/

to

http://www.royalenfieldowners.com/

then it will work

Accessing by HTTP still works but does not retain your login details.
