Royal Enfield Riders Waihi
We are a small group of Royal Enfield riders and like to go for rides now and then. There are no meetings, fees etc...as we are not a club. We go out spontaneously and enjoy the rides. All our rides are done in a day, mostly in a few hours. We like to stop at cafe's, have a chat and keep on...

No, I'm not an ex-pat Kiwi, it's just that every New Zealander I've known has referred to Australia as 'the west island'

worked and lived in N Z north island in 1969 .never heard it called the West Island must be to old , might see you out and about one day I go mainly south meadows and so forthThanks mate.

Kia Ora Whanau I'm 36 days away from being back home in New Zealand after 5 years on the Gold Coast. I've had to sell my new 450 because it was too new to import. 
After a lot of thought I'm going to buy a 411 Himalayan again, rather than another 450. The 450 is amazing, and I had planned to keep it until i couldn't ride any more, but I had more sense of attachment to my first Himalayan Benti 1. Also, home in NZ there is less need for a bike capable of hundred of K's per day, fighting trucks on horrible roads, at 110+KM/h.
I'm heading back to Dannevirke so hopefully I'll see you all sometime.
