VIN and spare parts

I am doing a bit of a refit on my 2011 Bullet 500 and i need to order/buy some service parts.

In looking at the websites where parts are available , I see reference to euro 3 and euro 4 machines and so I am not sure where my machine, having been imported and sold in Canada fits in to the euro 3/4 classification or do i need to be concerned about this.

Also, can anyone tell me how to decode the VIN

You're probably going to be classified as Euro 3. Perhaps earlier. Since it concerns emissions more than anything else, and the engine hasn't changed in decades, pretty much safe to assume virtually everything is interchangeable.
