Wanted: Mosko Panniers mounting blocks

I have been given a set of panniers which have been adapted by using Mosko panniers mounts, I need the mounting blocks, they are aluminium, I need four, best way to describe them, are looking like electrical conduit saddles. I can possibly use conduit saddles to do the job, but would like the originals. Other then Mosko in the US, anyone have some or know where in OZ I could contact about Mosko bags.

They are known as mounting pucks, found them in the US, but delivered to OZ $150au, for 4 mounts and bolts, each puck the size of a cigarette lighter, -too expensive to buy, will probably make some, if nothing turns up with my wanted requests across various forums.
