Final piece(or not?) on my scram the seat concepts Himalayan seat. It's meant for iron butts, it's super firm! I will update in a week after the brake in period.
I'm waiting to receive a similar touring seat recommended by @2LZ... Really hoping between the new, firmer seat and getting my wheels trued, my tail-wagging days are OVER! 🤣

I just went FULL MONTY on my '23 SCRAM! The performance upgrade includes the Kent Cam Stage 2 performance cam shaft from Hitchcock's, the DNA air filter, the FUEL X PRO+ and a funky, retro-looking slip on exhaust (pic attached) from an Indian outfit called Vardenchi. I also wrapped my pipe in black to boost the BLAZE factor. 😉

About 4 hours of work at my guy George's shop, Cavalier Customs, here in Brooklyn NY. Gotta give my man a shout-out for making time on a Sunday!

First impressions: I can definitely feel a bit more giddy up in the low to mid-range. I'll try to get in a ride up the Palisades after work to really get a feel for it's top end improvements (if any) and report back.

That said, my spedo is broken at the moment 🤣🤦🏾‍♂️ so an "accurate" (RE OEM module) won't be recorded. Of course I've noticed that the Google Maps speed displayed on my phone clocks in about 5++mph SLOWER than what the bike used to tell me so I reckon it's likely gonna be as accurate as it gets. Stock max speed to date has been 82-83 (down grade).

I'm still getting used to the new exhaust notes... It is deep with a LOT MORE BASS (which I love). My only concern is it might be a little TOO LOUD? for my taste. I'll be getting a friend's opinion the next time we mount up.

I also wanted to thank the guys on this forum for the sound advice they've given me in the past! Shortly after I got the bike I was already looking to boost its performance but I was advised to really get to KNOW the bike, give the engine a chance to loosen up (that old RE break-in factor), etc. and I'm glad I did. I feel like NOW, 8 months old and 5K miles in was the right time to give the bike a boost.

Cheers guys and ride safe!
I'm a little bit in love with that exhaust. Think I need one for my Himi. Seems to be out of stock at the moment

It took me a minute to get used to the sound but now I absolutely LOVE it. Funny story- I went to pick up my bike from an Enfield dealer/mechanic the other day and was waiting in the front of the store chatting to a couple of random customers who were browsing bikes... Mine was still on the lift so I was just chilling. All of the sudden, In the back/workshop they fire up a bike and both guys' necks almost snapped turning around to get a listen! I snapped to attention too! They looked at me and were like "Damn! Is that your bike?! Sounds fuckin AWESOME!" Funny thing is I wasn't even sure if it was mine because I always only hear it when I'm actually on it! I looked at the owner of the shop and he laughed and was like "Yeah dude, that's YOUR bike." 🤣 I hope they get em back in stock for you soon. 😉
