Was doing a little tinkering around the bike, and noticed this connector. it's under the seat and it looks like someone taped a spare fuse to it. Thanks

that's the plug for the diagnostics tool if you take the black cap off but it somehow looks modified.

No modification, It is a spare fuse

Interesting. My wife’s Hima doesn’t have that fuse. 2019 US model.

that was it but it was so buried in the nest that I couldn't find it at first. but all is well!
