Six potential new models:

800cc Super Super Meteor with chromed springer forks as standard
450cc water cooled farm quad
125cc commuter bike to be made in China, undercutting the local competition there
411cc aircooled sports bike, to use up the overrun of engines
350cc Classic "Family Edition", with a 3rd seat at the back and child seat over the tank. A sidecar is an extra cost factory option
1600cc "James Bond Inspired" Tuktuk, powered by two big bore 650 engines strapped together

Woodstock had it right when he said the 650 twin deserves to be considered as one motorcycling's great motors.

What it lacks, however, is retro styling. In the concept bike photos I've seen, it doesn't look right as a 50s styled Bullet. (Unlike the 350J, which looks just right).

The Super Meteor did nothing for me, but I like the Shotgun. The GT is still the one closest to my soul, but my body wouldn't go sportier than an Interceptor.

Getting there...
I honestly don’t see why RE would bring a 440 when they already have the Sherpa. But you never know. Companies tend to bring stuff that customers don’t ask for or want. They do that a lot. Take the shotgun for example. People would rather get a classic 650 but for some odd reason they launched the shotgun first🤷🏽
I’m sure the RE marketing team studies trends & demand ad nauseam. Based on social media comments about the Shotgun + reviews in motorcycle publications, it looks to be a hit, even before reaching dealers. As HD & Indian discovered, classic or retro bikes have narrow appeal, with demand peaking & declining quickly. JM2C.

Assuming the 440 is for real (I have my doubts…) I disagree. An upgraded 411 with extra Hp is much more enticing to me than the new 452.
