2021 Himalayan LED flasher relay?

SilverCycle

Well travelled
JohnFegy- you have the solution. I bought this replacement relay for when the issue happens again, but so far my original relay is still kicking after 4000 miles. Tapping the relay to unstick works as a temp fix. My newest issue with the 2021 Himalayan relays is the two relays under the seat, one is for the fuel pump, failed in the middle of a ride. Engine just cut out like bike was out of gas. You can pop the two out and reverse them, and that will get you back home. This is a well-known issue with videos on youtube. Hitchcocks UK sells a pack of improved replacement relays- good to have on hand.
What does the other one (of those two) do? I am adding a relay to switch aux power, and purely by coincidence, chose the same relay. So now I have three of them...

Greetings. New here , with a ‘22 Himalayan. Almost 200 miles on . I am in the process of fitting it out to my liking .
Appreciate the info available, led signals are on the list as I am adding other power consuming stuff. Been enjoying the getting acquainted w/my
”Luna Luna Rover” I’ve named her as it was on the full moon in December that I picked up the bike.
My apologies for the intro here but I am not the most computer suave person.

If anyone is interested, I found a solution using an inexpensive Novita EP29 LED relay from my local auto parts store and a connector and pins from Cycleterminal dot com.

Wire colors on my 2021 USA version flasher connector:

White/yellow connects to the EP29 (+)
White/red connects to the EP29 (L)
Green connects to the EP29 (S)
Black connects to the EP29 (-)

Flash rate for my all LED turn signals went from 2-3 times per second to about 1 per second. Same for the hazard lights...
Hi, I’ve been looking to solve the hyper flashing on my interceptor 650 (2023) with a relay for a while now and I’m trying to emulate your solution, but the LED indicators seem to stay permanently on solid light when I connect the new EP29 relay. Would you happen to know what each colour wire on your bike is for? As my bike has all different colours other than black. Thanks
