Indicator Connector Parts?

Getting there...
Hello, all, just wondering if anybody knows what the connector type is that's used on the Meteor and Himalayan indicators? Hitchcoks sells them, but am having a hard time coming up with another source (in the U.S.).

FYI, am converting my turn signals to running lights, and most aftermarket accessories to do this come with the standard 3.5mm bullet connectors. I don't want to chop up my stock wiring harness nor the stock indicators to convert them, so would rather convert the accessory to RE.

Thanks - Tim M

Hitchcock's delivery is very quick, usually as quick as ordering within the states.

Connectors are hard to find, you usually need to know who makes them or what they are a clone of and I had no luck in this case.

If cost is the issue, I would just remove the connectors from the indicators and use it to tie in your new lights. It's a minor alteration and one that can be easily undone as long as you keep the connectors around or at worse by simply replacing the signals which look to be $15 each when you buy 2. Good luck. :)

Thanks, but I'm not installing new indicators, just converting the stock ones to running lights with another in-line part. Which I need to change the connectors on to match RE or vice versa. So yes, I'm trying to track down the actual technical name for that connector part so I can order them in bulk.

The stock indicator connectors aren't completely reusable, the housings can be reused, but the internal pins can't. So I'm probably convert all the stock indicator connectors on the bike to the standard 3.5mm bullet type - which RE should have used in the first place.

Talk to Jim at Eastern Beaver.
He sources his wares directly from OEM's that supply the moto makers.

Also worth mentioning is for years they've been an inmate favorite over on ADV and recently Jim & Yumi's team mate John joined up here in the vendor section.

I had the same problem. They are also used on the 350 Classic but I haven't been able to find out what they actually are. The large connectors are Sumitomo MT090. The smaller ones (as in your pic) might be Sumitomo as well - possibly TS series but I haven't been able to find a catalogue online to verify.

Thanks for that !
I can't see the information on Mouser as I have a Linux based computer. Found these on the Yazaki site. They look slightly different to the ones Hitchcoks are selling but very similar to the Classic/Meteor 350 connectors :

For those of us in the UK, they are available here : (min 5 order quantity, though)

Thanks much, those are the closest I've seen yet, but still not quite right. This pic is what we're dealing with. At this point, I'm just going to bite the bullet and order from Hitchcock's - pay the overinflated price for what's not even a $1 part.
I've got both the Yazaki ones and the one from my bike in front of me. They're exactly the same. Exactly.

Thanks, I believe you! However, I've come to learn RE likes to use different electrical connector types per bike model, and seem to even change that up between production runs within the same model - infuriating. When looking at the connector housings on the Yazaki website, they don't match what I have with my '21 Meteor, the slots are different on the female and the exterior is different on the male. Thoughts?
