Enfield Accessories have tank protectors (worse postage from the UK to Australia in my experience but). Another option is the offerings at Aliexpress. They have had a mention here recently. Maybe search tank protectors.
I used some 4mm EPDM foam sheets with adhesive and cut them into shape.
They provide good grip, are easy to cut and cheap however strong adhesive is important. If you want to bend it around a surface use material not much thicker than 4mm or they will come lose.
I payed about 15€ for four 300x200mm sheets.

I slapped some universal ones from Amazon on mine. They're nothing fancy but do the job! $16.

Amazon and Ali Express have decent Hima specific pads, $20- on Ali, $120- on Amazon.
Quality is fine, better than you would expect for $20 incl shipping.

As the protection - they are great. But not sure how much they are "grippy" for standing and riding on off-road?!?

I have not had enough experience as yet to comment on that aspect. That said I am happy with them so far.

I fitted a similar set to my 2021 Himalayan. Apart from comfort, especially when standing up, I also get many compliments on the bike's improved looks.
